Rockstar detailed the Ultimate tier: the ’95 Grotti Cheetah and ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, the Hawk & Little Morgan Revolver, the Shitzu Squalo watercraft, and five Ultimate-exclusive shops (Rideout Customs, Sara’s Unisex Salon, Stock 305, Electric Fang Tattoo, One-Eyed Willie’s) — plus Wyman’s Classic Car Collection commission. Standard owners can buy the Ultimate upgrade separately at any time.
