Leak Unverified

The Third Wave of Leaks: What Kotaku Calls “Pretty Definitive Proof” of a Playable Build

The newest leaked clip is the most substantial yet, and Kotaku calls it “pretty definitive proof” that the leaker has a playable build, not just recordings. We report that conclusion; we do not describe the footage.

Unverified — this is leaked material from an older build, and nothing in it is a promise about November’s game. The one point worth reporting is Kotaku’s: the clip ends with the leaker’s own signature, bullets fired into a wall to spell LEEK, which Kotaku calls “pretty definitive proof” that whoever is behind it has some form of the game running rather than a set of recordings.

We are not repeating what the clip shows of the game itself — its locations, its interface or the names on its radio dial. Those come from an unfinished build that Rockstar did not release, and this site does not reproduce leaked content.

The same wave started the first big argument of the leak saga, over cars needing fuel. Rockstar has since talked about refuelling in its own previews: see our refuelling story.

As always: we do not host, embed or link the footage.

Corrected September 22, 2026: earlier versions of this story named radio stations and described the route, scenery and interface seen in the leaked clip. We have removed them: this site does not reproduce leaked material. Kotaku’s playable-build point stays.
