Supporting Character
Phil
Rockstar, its store or a platform holder has said or shown this — for a vehicle or weapon, Rockstar itself published the name.
Phil appears in an Ammu-Nation commercial in Trailer 2 (“Come to Phil’s Ammu-Nation today”, reported by comicbook.com and ScreenRant); Rockstar’s own site does not name him. He seems to be a reimagined version of Phil Cassidy from the 3D Universe GTA games, though with noticeable differences — this character is younger and has both arms, unlike the original Phil Cassidy. Updated September 22, 2026: his name is Rockstar’s own — the pitchman says “Come to Phil’s Ammu-Nation today” in Trailer 2 (about 2:12), and the “Phil’s Ammu-Nation” storefront sign is legible at 2:14. Whether he is the same Phil Cassidy is still unconfirmed.
